Flower Care Guide

 Bouquets:

• Put the bouquet in a vase with water, add flower food to the water

• Cut stems at a diagonal angle with a sharp scissors

• Change water everyday, clean the vase, trim the stems, remove wilted leaves🍂

• You can leave the wrapping, so it will hold the shape of the bouquet. Up to you

Boxes: 

• Add a little water to the green sponge inside.

• You can leave flowers in the box, as they are short.

Overal Conditions:

• Room temperature between 62–72°F

• No cold air and wind

• Do not leave in a car or garage. Do not transport on a motorcycle.

• Don’t put near window, heaters, fruits

• Flowers can last from 3 days to 2 weeks, depending on storage conditions.

Placing an Order

  • You can place orders directly through our website or by calling us at (773-717-6430

  • Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation.

  • Same-day delivery is available till 5pm, depending on availability of flowers

  • Please provide complete delivery details to ensure smooth delivery.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours after placement for same-day delivery.

  • For custom or large arrangements, cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Returns & Refunds

  • At RF Flowers Chicago, every arrangement is created with fresh, perishable blooms. For this reason, all purchases are final.

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns on bouquets or arrangements. Because flowers are natural and delicate, variations in appearance and lifespan are normal. To enjoy your blooms for as long as possible, proper care is essential. Please follow the care instructions provided with your order, as ongoing flower care is the responsibility of the recipient.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 4 hours with a photo of the issue.

  • Our team will either replace the bouquet or issue a full refund after verifying the issue.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • In case of damage during delivery or missing items, contact us immediately at (773-717-6430) or info@rf-flowers.com.

  • Please provide order details and photos of the flowers.

  • Our team will resolve the issue promptly by replacing the order or refunding your purchase.
