  3. Reserve your date with a 50% deposit
    Your date is secured once the deposit is received.
  4. We finalize exact quantities 3 weeks before
    We'll confirm all details and quantities together.
  5. Balance due 10 days before + wedding day setup
    Final payment clears 10 days out, and we handle setup on the day.

Pricing & Payment

  1. Is there a minimum order?
    No minimum overall — bridal bouquets start at $150.
  2. How much is the deposit to reserve my date?
    A 50% deposit reserves your date.
  3. When is the balance due?
    The remaining 50% is due 10 days before the wedding.
  4. Can I change quantities or details after booking?
    Yes, you can adjust quantities and details after booking.
  5. What's your cancellation policy & refund policy?
    Cancellations accepted up to 3 weeks before the event. No refunds, as flowers are ordered specifically for your event.

Delivery, Setup & Teardown

  1. Do you deliver to my venue?
    We deliver throughout Chicago & the suburbs, starting at $50 depending on scale and distance.
  2. Is setup included?
    Setup is free.
  3. How much does teardown cost?
    Teardown starts at $100.
  4. Who handles everything on the wedding day?
    A delivery team member and manager are on-site for setup on your wedding day.

The Flowers

  1. Are the arrangements made ahead of time?
    Bouquets, centerpieces & corsages are made in-house and arrive ready to place.
  2. What about large pieces like arches?
    Floral arches may be partially assembled on-site, depending on size.
  3. What if my flower choice is out of season?
    We'll talk it through with you before substituting anything.
  4. Can I see a sample before I commit?
    Yes — we offer mockups  and samples of centerpieces before you commit.

    We provide flowers only — not tables, linens, or draping.
  2. Can you source candles, vases, or stands?
    Yes, we can source and order them for a fee.
  3. What's the rain plan for outdoor weddings?
    Rain plan responsibility falls to the venue.
  4. How can I save on cost?
