Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours after placement for same-day delivery.

• For custom or large arrangements (weddings, events), cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns on bouquets or arrangements.

• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 4 hours with a photo of the issue.

• Our team will either replace the bouquet or issue a full refund after verifying the issue.
